Ohhhh, I am soooooo stoked!!

I received my first round of edits last week and had them back in not to long after! Woot!!

The Last story in The Other Kin Series, is coming May 2014.

I'm glad my edits came to me and I had them back to my editor 

before yesterday. 

Ohh, the drama...two teeth extracted and a bone graph done so I can have the implants.

The dentist asked me on our consult if I'd rather go with a partial, as it's close to the two back teeth and my insurance would pick more up. 

I replied nah, that's ok, I'm to tired and lazy in the morning and night to take them out, clean them and OH...remember where I put them .

My dentist and her assistant laughed and said, 'well at least you're honest.'

My oral surgeon is great ... he loves James Bond and has it going on all TVs in the office when he's working (There's one in every room). 

We were watching Casino Royale before those nifty little 'sleeping agents' worked and twighlighted me right out. 

 CH'A!! 

So, now I'm all set for the next round of edits! *Pulling my editing panties up.* 

My mouth soreness has just about dissipated, but I'm still on a liquid or 'smooth' diet and I took tomorrow off from the day job! HA, I will be well rested!

Off to the Dentist...

AAAAAhhhhhhhhhhhhh Run!!!!

Yes, that's my thought when it comes to me sitting in the dentist chair, going near a dentist, thinking of a dentist.

*Sigh* I wasn't always like this you know. As I've gotten older, I've gotten wimpier!

I remember when I was 25 and my son was only maybe 6-7 months old. Well I had this toothache and it just needed to come out. So I called. They said, "yeah, come on in, your Dad's here, he said he'd watch the baby." RIGHT, couldn't get much better than that!! :-)

So I went in, hit the Novocaine and yank, the tooth is ouuuuut! No problems.

Now 17 years later...oh no forget it! give me a vellum, some nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and then knock me out before you even begin.

My blood pressure goes from normal to 'hey you're gonna have a heart attack' mode in like 0-60.

So, now I have to go tomorrow, because my last wisdom tooth decided to start falling apart and so I have this hole in the middle of where the tooth was and last night the outer edges of the tooth started falling off -- Oh Yeah how fun. Grrrrr.

That's what I get for avoiding the doctor of the teeth. :-)

Wow - What else...

Well, the tooth below did not get pulled. Nope, C's blood pressure was so high that they wouldn't even touch it, and made me go to the ER. Yeah, so that's what happened. Like sitting in the dentist chair wouldn't make anyone's BP soar, right. *snort*

So now I have to wait until I go see my Dr. before I can go back to the dentist.

Yeah, sitting here with a bad tooth, that makes my day a whole lot better. NOT. At least they gave me some antibiotics and pain killers. So at bed time, I'll be loopy, hehe.

Tooth Ache

Yeah, what the title says...I've been dying here for the last few days with a major tooth ace. Yesss, I knew it needed to come out like three years ago, but it's at that point where *pulling hair out* I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!!

So after work, and other stuff, it's off to the dentist. Thank God for the nitrous oxide (laughing gas). I love that stuff!! I do believe that as I've gotten older, I've gotten more -- cowardly, shall we say about going to the dentist. Not really sure why, it just happened that way.
