1 oz. (30ml) Citrus Vodka

Champagne

Raspberry Sorbet

PREPARATION

1. Drop in a scoop of raspberry sorbet in a champagne flute.

2. Pour in the citrus vodka and top with champagne.

MAUI WATERS

2 oz. (60ml) Blue Raspberry Vodka
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Lemon Juice
Lemon Lime Soda
Garnish: Salt Rim

PREPARATION
1. Rim edge of glass with margarita salt. Set aside.
2. Add ice, vodka and lemon juice to shaking glass and shake well until combined.
3. Add ice to rimmed glass and strain mix over. Top with lemon lime soda.

4 oz. (120ml) Lemon Lime Soda
3 oz. (90ml) Blue Curaçao
Orange Slices
Lime Slices
Starfruit Slices

PREPARATION
1. Place orange, lime, and starfruit slices in the base of a pitcher.
2. Add white wine, lemon lime soda and blue curaçao. Stir well to mix.

Mermaid Water

2 oz (60 ml) Spiced Rum
1 oz (30 ml) Coconut Rum
6 oz (180 ml) Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz (15 ml) Lime Juice
Top off with Pineapple Juice
Splash Blue curaçao
Garnish with Lime Wheels

PREPARATION
1. Build a glass using ice and lime slices.
2. Pour in spiced rum, coconut rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, 
and blue curaçao.
3. Garnish with a lime slice.
