- 2 tablespoons room-temp salted butter
- 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 ounces dark rum
- 12 ounces hot apple cider
- In bowl, whip butter, brown sugar and pie spice; chill until firm. Divide butter mixture and rum between 2 mugs; stir in hot cider.
