Layer ¾ ounce grenadine, 1 ounce pineapple juice, 1½ ounces whipped cream vodka, and 2 ounces IZZE Sparkling Peach in a glass. Top with whipped cream and candy corn pieces.

No Bake Summer Berry Icebox Cake

Looking for a quick and easy Summer dessert recipe? Try out delicious No Bake Summer Berry Icebox Cake !

Serves: 12-16

Ingredients

• 19 oz graham crackers
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 2 (3.4 oz) packages Vanilla Instant Pudding
• 2-1/2 cups cold milk
• 12 oz Cool whip (or homemade whipped cream)
• 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
• 1-1/2 cups fresh blueberries
• 2 oz white chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Beat cream cheese and dry pudding mixes in large bowl with mixer until blended.
2. Gradually beat in milk.
3. Gently stir in Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream, reserving ½ cup.
4. Spread a thin layer of cool whip in a 9x13 pan just to coat the bottom.
5. Layer 5 graham crackers across the center of the pan, then 2 more, breaking them as needed to fit around the top and bottom edges.
6. Spread a layer of pudding mixture over grahams and top with a layer of blueberries and sliced strawberries.
7. Place graham crackers on top of berries, then pudding mixture, then layer of berries again.
8. Repeat the graham-pudding-berries layers 1 more time (3 times total) and you should reach the top of the pan.
9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until the graham crackers have softened completely.
10. When ready to serve, melt white chocolate chips in a bowl as directed on package and drizzle over dessert.
11. You can use a spoon to drizzle it over the tops of the berries or you can put it into a small zip-top bag and snip of the corner for an easy "piping bag."

Ending of -- The Great Fence Debacle!!

So we are DONE with the Great Fence Debacle!!

They came out and fixed the fence FINALLY!!

And of course I finally had a call from someone at the local home improvement store after sending that email to their corporate office. DUH right, like the next day!

The home improvement store has even offered to credit my account for the four months of craziness I've had to go through.

Maybe because they had to see what I've been going through. When the fence people where supposed to come out and fix the fence on a date they stipulated and even confirmed through the home improvement store...

Guess what ...

They cancelled. Ha no kidding, see what I've been going through home improvement store peeps!

So the manager was not happy and was immediately on the phone with them.

They were out the next day, as well as the home improvement store install manager and I can tell you, NOT HAPPY with them.

I guess we'll see how much longer they are a vendor of the home improvement store.

The guy that came out to fix the fence, couldn't believe he was the 4th from the company to visit my property to fix their mistakes!

I'm like dude, seriously, you are!

So DONE, END, COMPLETE!

YAY!!!!

On a side note -- Sorry I haven't been posting or been online in more than a month. I've had a lot going on with my day job.

I traveled the first part of September and the last part, and the first part of October. 

Oiiii, It was all good though!! Took a major class and exam call the the HCCP (Housing Credit Certified Professional). It's a national certification for LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit).

Then we had our yearly managers meeting. It was awesome!!

Now my team and I are bating down the hatches as we have auditors coming out this week and at the end of November we have Compliance audits.

We came together in February 2016 to pull this community out of trouble, and while there's still some rough waters, we have shown since then what we can do and how we've met the goals set for 2016. 

(Everyone from owners to Managing company CEO's are VERY happy with our progress!)

It's not easy being cheesy!!

The Great Fence Debacle - Part 3!

So, The fence installer who was supposed to 'fix' my fence 'finally', "CANCELLED"

Yeppers, you read that right..."CANCELLED"

If you've read parts 1 and 2, you know I've been going through this since June 28, 2016.

This time the excuse was...

'Ah well you know, we have to look for lines so we don't bother any lines and the guy who does that can't do it today and you know because of where it is with the sidewalk and ah, you know with the hurricane coming in, we can ah do it next week."

OK, FACTS--

Fact 1.  My fence is no where near any lines.

Fact 2. My fence is no where near any sidewalks.

Fact 3. It was two days before the hurricane came in.

I'm like Ahhh, No.

I have to be in Orlando for a week long meeting next week.

The guy...' Ah, ok, I can pencil you in tentatively for 10.17.16.'

EXCUSE ME!! TENTATIVELY?? WTF??

I'm like, what ever man, yo do know you've made me miss another day of being in the office right?  For crying out loud!!

So I sent The Home Improvement Store who hired them, an email today.

This 4 month long ordeal, I'm DONE with!

Done, stick a fork in me done! Ding, ding, ding.(That's the buzzer going off) 

I also let the know that while I've kept their name out of it so far, I have no problem with posting the dumb shit they have put me through for these past 4 months between them and their installer.

Because of Facts --

Fact 1. They had a crew who didn't know what the hell they were doing.
Fact 2. They had the 'same' crew come out and 'fix' most of the original issues.

Fact. 3 Someone either with the home improvement store or the installer 'changed' the actual footage of where my fence was supposed to end.

Fact 3. When another 'man' came out to fix the mistakes from crew 1, he refused to move the fence to where it should be unless I or the home improvement store paid for it.

Fact 4. Yes, I have ALL the proof!

So, let's see what happens.

Fun Drink Friday - Bahama Mama - Applebee's Adventure

So, I have been away on the road all week.

Seminar and exam for a certification.

A good friend and I went to Applebee's one night and I had my first, Yes, my FIRST Bahama Mama! LOL.

It was so good, this is what happened...

Yep, GONE. 

Did I forget to mention, it was buy one get one.

I love the fruity cocktails! 

Oh and the steak was delicious as well!

Nice and relaxed to study, study, study LOL.

No driving, it was such a short distance, less than a one minute walk, we walked. Neither of us will have a drink and drive.

The Great Fence Debacle - Take 2

So, if you tuned into the first part, you know that Hubs and I had a fence installed with a major home improvement store (Which at this time shall still remain nameless). 

Well the company I got, they sub-contract out to install their merchandise, has installers who obviously do not know what in the heck they are doing. (As you saw from the first set of photos).

So, they send the same 'crew; out to "fix" their mistakes.

OMG...hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!

I'm not sure if I wanted to laugh hysterically like a mad psycho woman or fall down crying!!

All these idiots did was create more issues!!

To 'fix' the 6 inch gap in my fence...they created a...crap all I can call it is a double freaking fence!

INGREDIENTS

1. 2peaches, cut into 2 1/2-inch pieces
2. 1 1/2cups raspberries
3. 2tablespoons sugar
4. 1tablespoon fresh lemon juice
5. 1pint vanilla ice cream

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl, combine the peaches, raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice and let sit, tossing once, for 20 minutes.
2. Scoop the ice cream into bowls or glasses and top with the fruit mixture.
